1. general provisions

1.1 These Terms of Service define the rules for using the services offered by Seedbank, hereinafter referred to as femiseeds.eu

1.2 The owner of the Service is GROW FARM SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ , based in Bóżnicza, 61-001 Poznań.

1.3 Use of the Service implies acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2 Definitions

2.1 Service - the Internet platform run by the Owner, enabling the purchase of plant seeds.

2.2 User - a natural or legal person using the Service.

2.3. Account - an individual profile of the User on the Service, enabling the use of its functions.

3 Registration and User Account

3.1 Registration on the Site is voluntary and free of charge.

3.2 Registration requires providing true personal information.

3.3 The User is obliged to update his/her data in case of any changes.

3.4 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password.

4 Rules of use of the Site

4.1. the User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the provisions of the law, the provisions of the Regulations and good morals.

4.2. it is prohibited for the User to provide unlawful content.

4.3. the Owner reserves the right to delete the account of the User who violates the provisions of the Regulations.

5 Offer and Orders

5.1 The Service offers plant seeds, the detailed description of which can be found on the product pages.

5.2 The prices listed on the Site are gross prices and include VAT.

5.3 Orders can be placed

5.4 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation of order acceptance to the email address provided.

5.5 FemiSeeds.eu offers cannabis seeds for cultivation in accordance with local law and for collection purposes in Poland. Seeds are not intended for cultivation, consumption or any other use against the law. Any information regarding the parameters of a variety (e.g. THC content, CBD content) is for informational purposes only and refers to the genetic characteristics of the variety. The purchase and possession of cannabis seeds is legal in many countries, but before purchasing, make sure that the current laws in your country allow it. Only adults may make the purchase.

5.6 FemiSeeds.eu reserves the right, to withdraw from the contract and shipment of goods if there is suspicion that the buyer is a minor.

6 Payment

6.1 The site offers various payment methods, including bank transfer, card payments and other available forms of electronic payments.

6.2 The user is required to make payment within 7 days of placing an order.

7 Delivery

7.1 Delivery of orders is carried out on the territory of Poland and other countries in accordance with the information provided on the Site.

7.2 Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are specified when placing an order.

7.3 Delivery time is up to 14 working days from the moment of payment posting.

8 Complaints and Returns

8.1 You have the right to complain about the purchased products in case of physical or legal defects.

8.2 Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address info@femiseeds.eu or in writing to the address of the Owner.

8.3 The User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

8.4. FemiSeeds.eu accepts complaints only when the returned goods are originally packaged, intact, without signs of use or traces of attempts to open the package.

8.5 The cost of shipping and return of goods is the responsibility of the buyer and is deducted from the amount that the buyer receives from the seller.

8.6 The refund shall be made within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.

9. protection of personal data

9.1 The Owner shall process Users' personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

9.2 The User has the right to inspect, modify and delete their personal data.

10 Final Provisions

10.1 The Regulations shall come into force as of the date of their publication on the Site.

10.2 The Owner reserves the right to change the Regulations. Amendments will be published on the Site.
